URGENT URGENT
Subject: Restraining order expiration when a child becomes an adult at age 18.
In Massachusetts I have been told that a child expires off a child protective custody restraing order when she becomes 18 years of age. Is this true? If so please advise what statute I can find this to show my Attorney.
This is a very urgent matter.
Please advise.
