Scam on Craigslist involving a Survey on Money Gram/Western Union
I was scammed by a Survey Company who sent me a fraudulent check. When I went to the bank, the bank allowed me to cash the check and I later find out that the check was faulty and now I have to pay the bank $3,600. What can I do in regards to this if I have the name of the Marketing Company and the Contact Email Address of the person that sent me these emails?

Call the police and file a criminal complaint for larceny by check. Call the Attorney General's Office and report a consumer fraud.
