Sealing a CORI and 209A records
Is it possible to request the sealing of the CORI record regarding a dismissed 209A violation criminal charge?
Is it possible to simultaneously request the sealing of the 209A Restraining Orders file as these make reference to the 209A criminal charge that followed?
If the District court refuses to seal the records, can I sue in federal court? I was not a resident of MA when 209A orders and Criminal complaint issued.

Yes. It is possible to have the records sealed.
