It is possible for people to get their records sealed. There are some conditions under which the court must seal but most often is is within a judge's discretion and happens as the result of a motion brought by your attorney. Hire a good criminal defense attorney. He can review your record and tell you first, if you should seal it, and second, if you may have it sealed.
