Search warrent

If an law enforcement had a CI {Know drug addict so stated in report}so called do a controlled buy what grounds does that stand they have no marked bills and the CI will not testify does that qualify for suppression ?When applying warrent and seized phones the number the CI called was never confiscated or found.So who aree they to say who they talked to.Two people lived there

It sounds as if the search warrant may not be valid. A good criminal defense attorney needs to look at the warrant and reports to see if the evidence can be suppressed.
