Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

We settled out of small claims court last summer. Was never arrested but fault was considered a felony. It's been a year with no further concerns from owner (emailed her about these other threats and she knows nothing, as I suspected).

But there's a another person(s) who heard the incident and keeps saying they're taking me to court!. Can that third person do that? It's been a year since the incident and they are still at it for some reason! Thanks

If this is likely to result in an application for criminal charges against you, you should retain an attorney and confide only in that attorney to try to prevent this from occuring. Good Luck!
