Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Shoplifting

I need help with a shoplifting problem. My daughter was caught in the mist of an attempt, and was still charged, even though she did not take any items. We now have a bill to pay, that I feel that she should NOT have to pay. Please contact me as soon as possible, to see what is to be done at this time!!!

Re: Shoplifting

Could you please clarify whether your daughter is an adult or a minor, who imposed this bill on you, how much it is for, and what happened with the pending criminal charges? [email protected]

Re: Shoplifting

Your daughter should retain an attorney. Larceny is the worst thing to have on her record. It will prevent her from getting employment and cause her to be treated as a second offender if ever brought before the criminal court again even for a "bad check". Good Luck!
