Slot Machine Ownership
I need to know if ''Pachislo'' or ''Skill-Stop'' machines are legal to own in Massachusetts. Everywhere on the web claims they are legal in all states except california, but I need something to back this up. Examples and description is at www.pachislousa.com
I want to purchase, but need documented proof they are legal
PS- I hear BJ's wholesale club has started selling them as well.

This appears to be a slot machine. As far as I know, slot machines are not illegal in Massachusetts as long as they do not use real money. As long as they don't use coins and are not used for gambling, they should be legal as toys in Massachusetts.
