Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

My son was accused of raping his girlfriends 14 yr. old daughter, unfortunately my son committed suicide, rather than have to serve time in jail for something he didn't do, and having to live with the stigma of that for the rest of his life, my question is can he still be prosecuted even though he is deceased?
