Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

The son of a mother taped my phone call regarding her car that came in for service.I never looked at her vehicle as she did not want to pay for anything.

You can report this to the police as making a secret telephone call is a crime. If she told you she was recording the phone call then you could have hung up. If she didn't tell you until after she made the recording then it is a crime.
