Being spit on

If a man spit in my face four separate times, me being a female, what can i do about it legally?

Being spit on is a battery. You could file a police report, then go to the District Court for the area where the event took place and ask for an application for a criminal complaint.

I agree and would add that you should, if you are going to act, go right away to the police station where this occurred, and speak to a police officer.

You also have a right to file a civil complaint seeking damages against the offender.

If he is related to you, or you have had a special relationship, like boyfriend, you can also seek a restraining order.
