Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
spontaneous third party actions
I would like to know about ''spontaneous third party actions,'' which involves another person. We went to a party and a fight broke out, another person spontaneously kicked another, and a charge of ''joint venture'' was filed against me.
Does the law under ''spontaneous third party actions'' protect me, or would I have to file a particular motion on
it?
Please help.
Thank you.

You should look up the law on joint venture.
