State Laboratory Reports
If you are a defendant being charge with drug trafficking doesn't the State Lab reports that show the result have to have the correct defendant name on it and not the informat. What is the law?

It is not that simple. As long as the drug test can be linked to the defendant, that's all that is needed. I assume that you are represented by a competent attorney who is able to explaint to you about where a drug certificate fits as an item of evidence. Maybe your attorney said something, and now you could not believe it, and now you are checking this out.
