Your question is too vague to answer with any specificity. You need to provide more details about your situation.
Being on probation does not prevent you from getting a license, or impose a suspension. Suspensions can be a consequence of being convicted of certain offenses, or for having an outstanding warrant. The answer to your question would largely depend on which of these circumstances applies to you.
Feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss your particular situation.
