what is the statute of limitations on possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

6 years before you are CHARGED. Once you are charged and the complaint has issued, there is no statute of limitations. In other words, simply avoiding showing up in court will not make the case go away.

If not yet charrged it woulf be six years. If already charged there is no statute of limitation and you should retain an attorney and confide only in that attorney. Good Luck!
