Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I have tried filing an application of fraud with the police-been declined of filling one out. Went and filed a clerk hearing-was declined and then went to the DA's office and nothing they can do. Had to file for chapter 7 and my ex's attorney called them to let them know that there was no police report filed. I have every application with his writing and nobody will help me. Please tell me how to go about filing for fraud

It may be the way that you phrased it, or it may be that they believe it is a civil matter. However, I am not sure what your goal is?
Re: no subject
You haven't provided many pertinent details, so it's difficult to figure out what the problem is. I suggest you collect whatever evidence you have and consult directly with an attorney to see (a) if you have a case, and (b) what can be done to help you.
Re: no subject
You do not provide enough facts to be able to answer meaningfully. However, depending on what type of fraud you are a victim of, you may not have a criminal remedy.
There are also many reasons why criminal charges are not brought but without the details I can not be of much assistance. Since you've filed bankruptcy I'm assuming that you really can not afford to hire a lawyer. So criminal process would be your best bet. Please contact me with the details and I will assist you with attempting to get criminal process if I believe it is possible.
