subpoena amazon

I have been getting harrasses via e-mail for some time, the person harrassing me states she and a mutal friend are marrying, he denies it, (there is more to this case) recently I got an e-mail with a wedding registry link to Amazon com

is there any way to subpoena Amazon to get the name of the person who registred? and the IP address?

she is also stalking me via AOL buddy list,

I took screen shots of messages she is giving me.

How can I get Amazon subpoened.
