Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
not sufficient funds check
check written to an individual by a company... the individual cashes check at a check cashing establishment and the check is returned ''not sufficient funds''... are both parties able to be taken to court and charged with larceny by check? or which party should be taken to court - check writer or person check written to and who received the cash for it?
