Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I am on supervised probation out of middlesex superior court in ma. Drug screening is not a condition of my probation. Can my probation officer still make me take urine screens? Can I refuse 2 submit a sample for testing if it is not a condition of my probation?

The PO has certain latitude. If you believe that this condition exceeds the court order, bring this back before the court. Refusal is not an option. Call me with any questions.
