when looking at suppressing a statement of a juvenile in court and Miranda warnings were not given, can a Defendant still raise the question of voluntariness of their statement if they can not show custodial interrogation?

If you cannot show that you were in custody, then Miranda does not apply. Miranda rights are only required when there is a custodial interrogation.
