suspect on slashing tires

i am a single mom would never leave my 8 and 5 year old to sleep alone.

i am innocent.

i was told i was a suspect because of not so nice neighbors, and can't get a copy of the report. I don't want to appear guilty by going to the court house and filing a complaint to get it, or get a lawyer, but the police state said it was because of a corey?

I have not been charged or served.

Should I leave things alone?
