who to talk to to have charges dropped
need advice on who to talk to about getting breaking and entering charges dropped. when this did not accure. this was investagating officers judgement, i was the victim and this is not how it went down who can i contact to get these charges dropped?

You need to do the same thing that anyone else who is charged with a crime does, hire the best lawyer that you can afford and then trust the advice that they give you. No District Attorney (DA) is going to listen to the findings of the investigating officer and a defendant charged with the crime and side with the defendant over the police investigator. Hire a good criminal defense attorney, tell them your version and see how they perceive the situation. Adamantly holding yourself to be the actual victim will get you nowhere but convicted with a DA.
