Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Tax Fraud
Are the laws harsher on a Massachusetts State employee who commits state and federal tax fraud for 4 years from 2004- 2008? If caught what can this person be looking at as for penalties and/or prison time?

Re: Tax Fraud
You should retain an attorney and speak only with that attorney about this and not in a public forum like this. Good Luck!
