Teacher - Student Affair
If a teacher has a sexual relationship with a student (under 18) but the parents of the student approves, is there criminal misconduct? Is there a statute of limitation in this case?

Re: Teacher - Student Affair
Having sex with a minor is a felony. Approval is no defense. Consent is no defense. A minor is presumed not to have the ability to consent. I believe the statute of limitation is 20 years.
