Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Theft With Witnesses
My house was robbed by a bunch of kids my daughter and her friends didn't know. One of them tried to steal a Christmas gift from her. Another was seen in my china cabinet. A neighbor saw some of my items thrown from this car window. The police have been blowing me off. I want my daughter and her friends to identify these kids because we found out their first names. Police know who they are. 3 weeks they've done nothing
Who do I call?
