I have had many money problems because of this, I've became homeless because of this. I need to bring this to court ASAP to get my money back and stop paying for a theift which happen to me. I am so poor it is a shame. please tell me the quickest way and free way to get the legal help I need to resolve this. also do you know exactly what the bank would need to reimburse me my money

If you are the victim of a crime, the District Attorney will prosecute the case against the defendant. Therefore, go to the Court in your area and tell them that you want to file a complaint. If for whatver reason they will not do so, then you will need private counsel. Court appointed attorneys are available for people who are themselves the defendant in a court action and you can call the Committee for Public Counsel Service in Boston to ask for asistance. The other source of assistance may be the lLocal Bar Association in your area. Good luck.

Getting free legal help is rarely easy, and for your matter, rarely available.
