Trespass Warrants

My ex boyfriens has recently filed a trespass warrant on me for no reason. He told the police I was stalking him. Which was false. If a job does a background check could this show up on that and is there anyone to fight this trespass warrant. He is dragging my name through the mud.

Not through mud but worse, through the judicial system.
