Undated Cheque Bounced without my knowledge
Dear Sir/Madam,

I came to USA thru on consultant in Feb 2007. He took bank gurantee 3.5 lack and INR 4 Lack undated cheque. Bank gurantee expired in november first week and he didnt asked bank to encash it. Money is in my account. But he submitted cheque of 4 lack for clearance without giving any notice to me. That is bounced on 11/20/08. and came to know me when i checked my online bank statement. Currently i am working with another employer. The consultant who took bank gurantee and cheque didnt paid me salary for five month from Feb 2007 to June 2007. Due to that i joined another employer by breeching the contract of two year.
Please let me know how to deal my old employer tp stop payment of cheque of amount 4 lacks INR.

I am sorry but I really don't understand the question. If you are charged criminally for a bounced check that was not cashed until 21 months after you wrote it I think that you have a pretty good defense to the charge. If it was not dated when you wrote it, that may complicate it somewhat, but I still think you have a fairly good defense. As far as stopping payment for old employer, it sounds like a civil issue, which I do not practice and would not offer legal advice to. If it is still a criminal issue, I do not understand enough of the language/question to respond.
