Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

Unsolved 1980 murder

I want the ENTIRE file on my brother's murder, to see why this case was never solved. How can I get copies of everything; pictures, MOs, everything. I need to do this.

You can't get a copy of an ongoing investigation, unless the police department will voluntarily give to you. Otherwise, no one is entitled to a copy of the file.
