Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
A Valid Massachusetts firearms licensee who moves
I was a valid Massachusetts Firearms licensee. I moved to Arizona for six months then returned to Massachusetts. I was stopped the other day in Massachusetts, the police stated that when I moved, my valid pistol permit became null and void. I need some options, loopholes, caselaw. I had a valid pistol permit, when did it automatically become suspended, when I first moved, or after some time.
