Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
vandalism/destruction of private property
Can i be charged with vandalism/destruction of private property if i intentionally put trash in someones driveway? Also, is placing an empty McDonalds cup on top of someones car considered vandalism? For what can i be charged (besides trespassing) if i placed a few fast food trash items on someones driveway and then placed an empty cup on top of their car?

Yes, and I suggest that you have a criminal defense attorney review the complaint.
