Is this violation of my rights
The da's office told me the court date was changed and it went back to the original date i am the victim and therefore missed the court date. Is this a violation of my rights?

It is a problem.
You do not say of this caused a problem with the case.
This is bad communication that too often happens. You should have been informed, and this is negligence.
