Was there anyone present, or did you appear or speak to anyone?

Re: warrant
If you have some proof that you were present at the court on the day that the warrant was issued, have your attorney present it to the court to remove your default and warrant. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 default removal fee and more importantly, if there is an active warrant, you can be picked up and held in prison to be brought to the court. Contact a lawyer imediately.
