Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Warrant
I recently found out that i had two warrants out for my arrest that i thought was cleared up after i finished my probation. i didn't get any jail time, all i had to do is pay fines which i did, now i find out that i had a court date that i missed. can i get jail time when i go to clear up my warrant, because i missed this court date? the fine was fifty dollars which i paid. this was seven years ago.

Re: Warrant
Retain an attorney who regularly works in the Court where you defaulted to have him determine how best to resolve this.
