Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

warrants

Ihave warrants out of 2 different courts (2)a.larceny of check b.leaving scene of accident and (4) uttering by check all for same day at same time under $300- store got back all items and cash. ? is if I go to one court with the other court still holding warrants will they hold me or will they let me go to the other on my own? Also what kind of charges am I looking at? any jail or just fines? I have no other criminal background..

They may hold you on the warrants for the other court.

Since you should be represented by an attorney in both court actions, retain an attorney and your attorney can request the other court allow you to appear without being held.
