i have a warrent can i get a passport?

i have a warrent for not appering for probation and i moved to fla. my dad has cancer and my mom needed help. now i want to go on a vacation that requires a pasport. i bought a home here and have a good life ,except i cant get a driver liecnce becuase of the warrent . what should i do?

Retain an attorney in the state where you are in default to have it removed and make peace with probation.

I agree with Mr. Murray. You need to clear up your MA problem. Why not give Mr. Murray a call and see what he can do. You are better off doing it now becuase its just a matter of time before you get pulled over and get arrested for the warrant.
