Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
My wife was held for 3 hours against her will at her place of employment by her supervisor. She wasn't on the clock. The supervisor has since apologized. Should my wife file a police report?"

Depends...does your wife have another job lined up? Legally you have all sorts of rights but you should consider paying an attorney for advice and counsel. Best luck, JBS
