Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
wire fraud
divorce decree called for ~$6000,
and NY has taken over $8000. Part
of the amount is tax refunds that
they received but didn't credit (and
still haven't).
My take on this is that the NY
departments concerned are
fraudulently collecting my money, at
a felonious level and would appear
to be conspiratorial, since it comes
from both the financial and welfare
departments. Since I'm in MA, any
chance of fighting it is difficult.

Re: wire fraud
What you assert makes no sense. You leap from acts to legal conclusions with nothing in beteeen.
