Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Witnesses
If an Officer enters your business all alone and then goes and says that you sold him drugs,would his witness by himself stand in court as evidence to be used against you and with no prove of such monetery prove(such as a copy of marked money),in other words,if the such money wasnt recovered to prove such purchase?

let me see if i understand. an officer comes in then says that you sold him drugs, and has the money to prove it?
can that officer file a complaint based on this? yes.
Is it a winner for the cop? depends on various factors which only a consultation with a competent criminal defense attorney could advise.
