Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

the woman in the apartment above mine recently broke up with her boyfriend and he is now stalking her. she has 3 small children and doesnt seem to care at all that shes being stalked. when i have friends over or my boyfriend he will follow them home and watch them to see who they are and make sure they werent at her apartment. he also drives by the house constantly stand on our porch and fights with her. ive heard him say many times i saw lights on in the house who was here and asking if she has a new boyfriend or he will just wait for he to get home on my porch. he also drives by my house constantly and watches the house.im scared not only for her life, but my own and friends, is there anything legally i can do since she wont. hes not stalking me or threating me but im afraid something is going to happen to my friends if he thinks they were there for her.
