Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts

I work for a major independent oil co. in the Boston Area . This co. has routinely been overcharging customers with their "metered" deliveries for many years . They have also sold trailer loads of pre-loaded regular as midgrade & super > " they wont know the difference" ! The owner of said company once announced at a safety meeting that " These overages make it possible for me to put 200K a month right in my pocket " I believe them to be guilty of everthing from grand larceny to mail fraud & many more criminal & civil crimes. As a driver you are stronly encouraged to patake in this scam or being a non-union company they will find a way to get rid of you ! For several years I've been making copies of all these things . My question is .. should I make an appt with the district attorney ? I think this needs to stop !! The product is expensive enough without blatently rippin people off .

You have many options available, but going to the government should not be the first thing you do. Instead, you should first consult with an attorney who specializes in whistle-blower litigation.

We work with one of the finest whistle-blower attorneys in the field. Call our office (617-500-3694), and we would be happy to set up an appointment to discuss the matter with you and to answer any questions you may have.
