I am so sorry that you had to endure this type of behavior in the workplace.

You should report this conduct to your human resources representative immediately. Unlike sex and race, weight is not a protected class in Massachusetts for the purposes of employment discrimination laws.

I will be interested to see if any other attorneys believe that any remedy exists under current disability laws.

Aside from reporting the incident to your human resources representative, I strongly recommend that you contact the New Workplace Institute ( new workplace institute dot org ). This institute was founded by one of my law school professors who is trying to change the law with respect to workplace bullying and harassment.
