Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Massachusetts

banned from coaching

My husband is not allowed to coach for our town little league. He has always coached and has been successful and helpful. The reason given is that there was an anonymous complaint called in. They would not divulge the information and my husband would like to know what he did wrong. Now there is nobody on the Board who will speak to him or my 10 year old. What can we do?

Re: banned from coaching

I'm sorry for the delay, mamn. If the entity sponsoring the league is public, or publicly related or funded with public dollars, you might be able to make a statutory public records request, for copies of any written information pertaining to this request presently exists. Unfortunately, the likelihood of this candidly is slim to none at best. Make a public records request. See you local local representative about this issue.
