Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Massachusetts

i live in an aparrtment complex ive lived here two months the property owner didnt want me moving in but the leagely had to let me since then they have been a royal pain they sent me a warning about noise then the very next day i got an evection notice. i was asulted on thins property by my naboir so a bunch of people are trying to get me kicked out. they also said to my workers i have for ptsd and because of that im a part of dmh that if they let me be my own repayeee that they would evict me i do have bad credit but ive always payed my rent on time so i was wondering if this is grounds to sue them and is this even legal what they are doin consideing i have no outstandin balnce for rent

You may be able to challenge your eviction, but it is unclear from your post exactly what your grounds would be.

As summary process actions move quickly through the courts, you really must not delay. If you challenge the eviction and assert any counterclaims you might have against the landlord you may buy yourself some time to find a new apartment and might even receive a small settlement.
