School Fundraisers
If a school is having a fundraiser and the prize is a pizza party for the top selling class, can they exclude a child,from the winning class, that didn't sell anything for the fundraiser? This is a parochial school, I don't know if that would make a difference.

YOur question is unique. Parochial schools are licensed by Ma so there may be some rule that prohibits what they have done. However, your best bet is to contact the pastor, or biship to remind them that are supposed to be models of Christian behavior. This insensitivity is inexplicable.

There is nothing in the facts cited that is unlawful. However, if there was a particular reason for the child not selling goods - like a religious reason - that might be another story...
