Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

2nd DUI offense

I've recently been convicted of my 2nd OUI offense. I have a Massachusetts license, and both offenses were out of the state of Massachusetts. Massachusetts has reciprocated and revoked my license for 2 years. I've completed all Jail time, AA, Alcohol counseling for the state in which I offended(Maine). My question is, when am I eligable for a ''work release'' license?

Usually the, they want certain information and documentation, including a letter from your employer that you are required to have a license to drive either during work, and/or to and from work, and that there is no public transporation. The general rule is that they will consider your request after 1 year or 1/2 the suspension.
