Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

2nd offense for DUI in MA (within 9 mths of each other)

I have had 2 dui's in ma within in 9mths of each other, I go to court again on 12/20 - I took a breathalizer the first time, the 2nd I refused and was arressted,had my license taken away and evidently broke probabation from my 1st - what do you think will happen; will i serve time? how long do yu think I will be without my license?
