Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
10 year old dui
My brother in law was arrested for dui 10 years ago. He turned himself in a couple days ago. Consequently he was put in jail. He is on a prescription for his heart. They won't allow him to take it. He doesn't have a court date for almost another month. What recourse does he have?

Contact his attorney, and see if the attorney can contact the jail or bring this matter to the attention of the court.
