charged with dwi in nh licensed in ma

my best friend was arrested in Nh for DWI and refused the breathlyzer test too. does this mean my license is suspended in ma as well?

If your license is suspended, the registry of motor vehicles will send you notice by mail, to the address listed on your license (make sure this address is correct). If your best friend was arrested and refused a breath test, that would not result in YOUR license being suspended in Mass. Your friend should retain an attorney; NH punishments for DUI are generally more severe than in Mass.
