Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts
I have a CT license and got a OUI in MA, when they suspend my license in MA will it only be suspended in MA or all states? I had a DUI about 7yrs ago in CT, does this count as a 2nd DUI, does it matter that it's in another state?
What would be my option in court as far as plee? I did feel like I had no choice to take the breathalyzer, can I still plee not guilty or no contest?

I don't know all the facts but it would count as a second DUI due to the look back period under Melanie's Law. There may be ways to suppress the BT and other motions but I would need to know much more about the facts. A Plea is always an option but based on the facts you may be better to go to trial. Contact my office for further discussion of the matter.
